Here, you can get waffles, “skolebolle”, hot and cold drinks and lots more.

This is a very nice place in Nordmarka. You can get here either on skis (winter) and bike/walking (summer). Gorgeous view. If you want to sleep over, you get a 3 course meal (that has always been very good quality) and breakfast included. Usually they have fresh baked bread and rolls 😋 The dorms are pretty basic but with comfy beds. Service may vary during high season, but usually very good! Recommend taking the trip and spending the night. There's also a sauna here and during summer you can swim in the lake.

Open hut where you can buy food and eat inside. Very good food!
You can also stay over night (but remember to book in advance). The hut has a view over the Bjørnsjøen lake. There are canoes for rent. For overnight guests there is a sauna with a fantastic view over the lake.
The best way to get here is by foot, by bike or by skies in the winter. But there are other possibilities for the adventurous; you can use the lakes in the forest to get here by skates (in winters when the lakes are frozen, but with little snow), by canoe, or by swimming (yes - I have done this...)
A place in the middle of the forest, at your service. Cozy and calm. I don't know about paying kr 47,- for a small soda (July 2021) it's just crazy!! The nearby vending machine is slightly less expensive. Still glad someone is keeping a place like this open for the tired but restless wanderers
